What is a serviced apartment?

What Moscow Space offers is comfortable furnished flats situated in the centre of Russian capital, available for short-term rent. The customers get all the services that are usually expected in more expensive hotels, like daily cleaning, maintenance and more. All apartments are equipped with a phone line, a satellite TV, a washing machine, an iron and other household and kitchen appliances.

Are there any limitations on the duration of stay?

There are no limitations. Plus we offer substantial discounts for the clients staying for more than thirty days.

How to book an apartment?

The procedure is described in details on the Booking page.
In brief you should do the following: contact our office and find out which apartments are vacant during the period of your visit, confirm your choice by filling in and sending us and automated booking form, pay at least 20% of the total amount for the whole period of your stay.

How to pay?

The payment can be effected in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card. E.g. you can pay 20% by a credit card, and deposit the rest of the amount when checking-in. Our manager meeting you in the Apartment will carry a cash register or a credit card terminal.
Cash payments are accepted in local currency only as required by law.

Are there any extra charges besides of the prices quoted?

No, you pay just the price quoted on the apartment description page. It covers all taxes (the services provided are not liable to VAT), daily service and maintenance, electricity, gas, water and central heating. Additional services that cost an extra fee are provided upon your request only.

How do I cancel my booking?

Our approach to cancellation is described on Terms & Conditions page. If you cancel the reservation later than 15 days before the check-in date your 20% advance payment is not refunded. If you cancel your booking after the expected check-in date there is no refund at all.
