Quickstart

Contact our office by e-mail, phone or Skype and inform our English speaking staff what kind of apartment you are interested in and the dates of your arrival and departure. We will check the availability of the apartment and answer your request promptly.

Confirmation

Once the details are agreed, you will be requested to send us a Formal Notice including the name of the apartment chosen, the period of your stay, the payment method and the personal data of all occupants (name, address, passport data, contact details).

Privacy Guarantee

We will keep confidential of the personal information necessary for the process of your request. We guarantee that your personal data will never be forwarded to a third person or used for anything other than the purposes of arranging your stay.

Booking payment

Once you submitted a Formal Notice to us, the chosen apartment remains reserved in your name for the next two business days. Within this period you are required to make a pre-payment (please refer to Payment section below for details) in the amount not less than 20% of the rent price.
After you've complete the payment, inform our office and the apartment will be reserved for you.

Before arrival

You will be provided with the name and phone number of our manager who will assist your arrival.

Check-in

Our manager will meet you at the apartment. You will be provided with the apartment key.
Important Note: The remainder of the rental costs is to be settled before the check-in. For more details please refer to the Payment section below.

Payment

Payments can be made by a bank transfer, credit card or cash. At least 20% of rental cost are to be paid at the moment of the booking and the remainder at any moment prior to the check-in.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Diners Club. We do not accept Cirrus Maestro and Visa Electron.

We send our bank details to you immediately after receipt of your Formal Notice stating that you prefer this method of payment. Please send a copy of the relevant SWIFT message by fax +7 (495) 2128506. Please note that your payment is considered effected only when the amount is credited to our bank account. Banking charges for the payments effected by bank transfer must be paid by applicant, and should never be deducted from payment.

Cash can be paid to our manager or to our cash-desk at our office. We accept local currency only as required by law.
