Terms and Conditions

The rates cover service and utility costs like electricity, gas, water, heating, charges for satellite television, in-town phone calls. The services provided are not liable to VAT. The rates are per apartment per night and do not depend on the number of the guests.
Additional services you order cost an extra fee.

Booking

Upon receipt of the Formal Notice (refer to Booking section) the Company reserves the apartment in the name of the Client for the next two business days. If the Client does not pay at least 20% of the rental cost in advance, the reservation is cancelled.
The apartment is provided at the Client’s service after payment of 100% of the rental cost.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is possible depending on the availability and is liable to 50% of the daily rate. Check-out after 6 PM is liable to 100% of the daily rate.

Service

Daily room-cleaning is made at the time agreed with the Client. Bed linen is made once a week. The price of these services is covered by the rental costs.

Booking cancellation

Full refund will be given immediately if the reservation is cancelled by the Client not later than 15 days before the planned check-in. 20% of total rental costs are charged to the Client in case of late cancellation.
